Bikes, Birds, and Beaches
Larry and I rode the Galloping Goose, a rails to trails bike path, with two friends. For three sunny days we rode along the southern coast of Vancouver Island from Victoria to Sooke, to "potholes" carved with waterfalls through solid rock, and back to Victoria. The views of rocky coves and a bicycle adorned with flowers at our B&B were beautiful, and it was fun to see a tiny boy riding a section of the path!
